Molly Hawkins

Principal and Head of Strategy & Creative, Molly has spent her career brand building in the outdoor, adjacent lifestyle marketing space and beyond. Her incredible ability to put ideas into action is the fuel that keeps WAU firing. Prior, she worked as a member of evo.com; developing early brand strategy and marketing programs. | @mollyhawks

Sean Reilly

As a car-obsessed Florida-born refugee, the PNW + WAU, have welcomed Sean with open arms. Quickly learning the ropes of the crew + the intermittent weather (and how uncool umbrellas are); Sean gracefully pivoted his visual prose from cars to the great outdoors and beyond as our in-house content creator. || @reilly.films

Mel Di Pietro

Mel has a knack for #OOTB thinking as well as an insatiable desire to learn from, challenge, and entertain those around her. Supporting the entire WAU team, her role is critical in keeping the captain on course, the ship afloat, and all the dogs salty. | @radmel7

Ryan Shepherd

As Senior Strategist, Ryan is the backbone of our digital marketing team. He works with our clients to lay the foundations for the team to build on. And if you need a new tagline, this is a good guy to know. When he’s not working, he’s backpacking, chasing trout, or learning something new via book or podcast. | @shep.doggy.dog

Penny

Our littlest unicorn, but certainly the heart + soul of the team. In her golden years, Penny brought wisdom to the team and grounded us with her calming energy and commitment to “work-life balance”. She was a minimalist and loved connecting with her humans. Though she has crossed over the rainbow bridge, she still lights a fire to guide us.

Mimi Baer

Ambitious and creative, Mimi has her finger on the pulse of Gen Z and as a marketing coordinator she brings her youthful energy and wisdom to ensure that our delivery of content to our client’s fans is as fresh as it can be!

Austin Aga

Austin is what in the industry we call a “savant”, a cat man of many talents, he not only can play the drums (currently in a band called Last Resort), is working on his pilot’s license, is a talented illustrator and animator, and cares lovingly for all of the client’s he manages for We Are Unicorns We can’t wait for you to meet Austin. | @squiddels

Savannah Bulloch

A prior client turned Marketing Coordinator and now Account Manager with the agency, we are so honored to have Savannah on the team to hold down day to day execution and project work to support our client needs. An outdoor enthusiast, new dog mom, and awesome personality to have on the team. We couldn’t be more happy to have her!

Desiree Moore

Veteran in more ways than one. Yes she served in our US Armed Forces, but has worked in the snow sports and action sports industry for over 20 years and brings a passion for play and her decades of experience in marketing and events. You’ll meet very few that work harder than Desiree. A cat lover and low key farmer when not working or on the hill.

David Andrew

David acts as another crucial pillar of the We Are Unicorns team. While he manages social accounts, he is also our Analytic and platform lead here at the Agency. A self proclaimed “cat” man, he’s able to remain the coolest cucumber in any emergency. When not logged on, find him checking MLB scores.

John Gabat

Wielding an analytical curiosity and a sharp attention to detail, John is the newest member of the We Are Unicorns team and manages communities, publishing and projects for our core set of clients that we serve. In his off days find him enjoying the outdoors or spending time with friends or sharpening his marketing skills!
