Molly Hawkins

Founder & Managing Director, Molly has spent her career brand building in the outdoor, adjacent lifestyle marketing space and beyond. Her incredible ability to put ideas into action is the fuel that keeps WAU firing. Prior, she worked as a member of evo.com; developing early brand strategy and marketing programs. | @mollyhawks

Desiree Moore

Veteran in more ways than one. Yes she served in our US Armed Forces, but has worked in the snow sports and action sports industry for over 20 years and brings a passion for play and her decades of experience in marketing and events. You’ll meet very few that work harder than Desiree. A cat lover and low key farmer when not working or on the hill.

Savannah Bulloch

A prior client turned Marketing Coordinator and now Account Manager with the agency, we are so honored to have Savannah on the team to hold down day to day execution and project work to support our client needs. An outdoor enthusiast, new dog mom, and awesome personality to have on the team. We couldn’t be more happy to have her!

Loki & Kal-El

Unicorn Hybrids, these two consider themselves our resident product testers. While still young, they are wise beyond their years when it comes to quality testing, finding any vulnerability in construction, materials, and durability. All of our client’s product goes through rigorous testing.

Sarah Ahrendt

Sarah; a marketer with a penchant for visual communication and attention to detail this multifaceted Oregon native brings her graphic design background, photography experience and marketing background to the table. If you ask us, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect addition to the team responsible for our Community Management.

Penny

Our littlest unicorn, but certainly the heart + soul of the team. In her golden years, Penny brought wisdom to the team and grounded us with her calming energy and commitment to “work-life balance”. She was a minimalist and loved connecting with her humans. Though she has crossed over the rainbow bridge, she still lights a fire to guide us.

Deanna Hay

This Ohio native and recent PNW transplant is a critical thinker & problem solving, driven by empathy Deanna has a background in social media marketing, photography, illustration, video and design, making her the perfect multidisciplinary support cast member.
